Essay

The object of study – state politics in Ukr SSR in business of development of system of public pre-school bringing up of the elected period. The purpose of study is all-round complex study and generalization of specification-legal fastening of state politics in Ukraine in the field of pre-school bringing up, historical features of this process, finding-out of stages of formation and development of public pre-school bringing up in Ukr SSR in 1919-1933. The methods used in the research are: problem-chronological, historical-comparative, statistical, structural-system. The practical value of work consists in use of the received results by the central and local authority for the further development of pre-school bringing up in Ukraine. The materials of the dissertation can be useful by preparation of generalizing works on a history of national education of Ukraine, for development of educational courses, separate problems of a domestic history. In this thesis different aspects of public pre-school bringingup in Ukr SSR in 1919-1933 from a position of history science are analyzed. In the work condition of scientific working out of the topic is analyzed, some characteristics of sources, that served as the basis of scientific research realization are given. Some questions role and place of public pre-school bringing up in the system of public education in Ukr SSR in 1919-1933 are analyzed. Coming into existence of all types of public pre-school intuitions and their following fate, all the stages of financing are searched, contingent of puppies and their parents is analyzed. In this thesis some problems connected with the system of public pre-school education personnel are reflected, the system of teacher training and different stages of methodical processes are analyzed too. Some peculiarities and problems of using national languages in pre-school intuitions in the period of socialist community building in the Ukr SSR in 1919-1933.
