The dissertation is developed to research of efficiency of therapy by neuropeptide of cholecystokinin's intestinal-brain group - its synthetic sulfated octapeptide (26-33) wither the streptozotocyne's diabetes mellitus, its treatment application, with the purpose of increases the efficiency of diabetes mellitus, type 1. It is determined, that CCK26-33 administrated by the different ways to the rats with diabetes mellitus considerably reduced the level of glucose in blood, raised the level of insulin, therefore biochemical, cytochetical parameters, and also changing morphometrical parameters of erythrocytes and their ability to include hormone insulin were improved. Thus hyperphagition of rats was decreased after its administrations by the different ways
