Essay

Dissertation deals with the experimental study of pharmacoprophylactic and therapeutic effectiveness and mechanism of tiotriasoline effect on different models of erosive and ulcerated damages of gastroduodenal zone (tiotriasoline is a new home-produced drug with polytropic pharmacological properties). In the experiments on rats it has been determined that tiotriasoline reduces indometacin and ortophen dependent ulceration as compared with famotidine and omeprasole as to the value of the effect. Tiotriasoline gastroprotective effect was distinctly observed on the model of gastric mucosa damage where the coefficient value of the antiulcerous drug activity exceeded famotidine.
