Brodski L. Forming of Readiness of Future Foreign Language Teachers to Educational Work at School

The research work is dedicated to the actual problem - future foreign language teachers' training for educational work at school. There are being researched the essence, forms and methods of forming the future foreign language teachers' readiness to pedagogical activity at school. The author has specified the term "readiness to educational work" and has offered to study this complicated psychologic-pedagogical formation as a complex of its mutual related components - motivation-volitional, intellectual-operational and evaluational-reflexive. The worked-out course "The Organization of educational work at modern school" corresponds with the demands of the European integration system of Ukraine education and consists of three modules: theoretical basis of upbringing in educational process of secondary school; class teacher in the system of school's educational process; the needs of pupils' personality development as system creating factor of class teacher's educational activity. In the research work the criteria and indicators of the levels of formed readiness, methods of evaluating of these readiness levels are given. The proposed programme and technology of forming of future foreign teachers' readiness to educational work at school may be used at other faculties of pedagogical Institutes and Universities for students of different specialities and also at teachers' training courses.
