Sobko S. Formation of Individual Mobility of Future Physical Training Teachers in Extra Curriculum Activities.

The dissertation is dedicated to the research of the issue of formation of individual mobility of future teachers of Physical Training. The dissertation paper defines the content and the essence of the notion “individual mobility of future teachers of Physical Training and gives its structural-component analysis. On the basis of criteria of individual mobility the author defines the levels of its formation in future teachers of physical training. The author theoretically grounds the conditions for improving the process of formation of individual mobility of future teachers of physical training; also the author worked out and experimentally tested a pedagogical model of forming the individual activity of future teachers of physical training in the extracurricular activities. The basic conditions which influence the formation of individual mobility (among them individual needs, motives, interest, value orientations) are established in the paper. The effectiveness of influence of pedagogical conditions on individual mobility of future teachers of physical education in extra curriculum settings is proved.
