dissertation is devoted to study of produced domestically hepatoprotectors by in vitro methods. We'd modeled culture of hepatocites affection by some toxins, which are using for animals modeling. Their effect resulted to 50 % cells death. There was shown the possibility to detect hepatoprotectors effective concentration in vitro using CCl4 model. Cells viability in the culture had rised steeply after hepatoprotectors carry in at toxins lesion background The biochemical state investigation of hepatocites in the culture had shown the increasing, about twice, of ALT, AST, LDG, alkaline phosphatase, (-GTP, MDA, diene conjugates at toxins lesion background. These indexes are markers for liver pathology in vivo. Hepatocites morphological and morphometrical indexes have pathological changing. Hepatoprotectors action had grade all the changes
