Pharmacological correction of the radiation injuries. Experimental research of the mechanism of heptral effect on a function state of a glutathione redox-system in thymus and spleen of rats after a single-pass and long-lasted gamma-irradiation in doses 1,0 and 1,5 Gy.That the injection of heptral at the rate of 10 mg/kg of a mass was most effective. That the heptral injection at the rate of 10 mg/kg of a mass given to the irradiated animals substantially reduces the intensity of formation products of lipids peroxidation in thymus and spleen. There is an amplification of functional ability of the glutathione redox-system at the expense magnification of a reduced glutathione content and the raise of glutathione reductase activity. The expediency of application heptral for preventive maintenance and treatment of metabolic infringements in thymus and spleen caused by gamma-irradiation in low doses is proved. Pharmacological, biochemical, statistical methods of research.
