Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the physiological characteristics of the junior schoolpupils, which study in grammar school and at the comprehen-sive school. It is established that the functional mobility of increase of volume of nervous processes and intellec-tual activity descends more intensively in high-school students that in other pupils. But in researching intellec-tual activity of the day is fixed out unfavorable dynamic, which tells about the tiredness already in the middle of a day. Such tiredness of the nervous system reflects on the emotional pupils condition: vegetative infringements are appeared, asthenia, insomnia, the level of alarm is in-creased. The model of optimization of educational proc-ess is introduced, which is provided its efficiency.
