Object of research: purulent wounds in dogs and cattle. The purpose of research – to substantiate a pathogenetic role of a tissues hemostasis in development of a wound process in dogs and cattle. To develop on this basis an objective quality monitoring of wound process and to substantiate patogenetically application of ointments on the hydrophilous basis at purulent wounds at animals. Methods of research: clinical, planimetric, bacteriological, cytological, histological, hemostasiological (influence of tissues extracts on activity of fibrinolysis, the factor XІІІ, a prothrombin time of donor plasma and integral proteoclastic activity, the content of prekalikrein, and its quickly responding inhibitor СІ-І, ?1-inhibitor of proteinases and ?2-macroglobulin in tissues extracts). Scientific novelty of work: for the first time theoretically, clinically and experimentally it is substantialed a pathogenetic role of a tissues hemostasis and kalikrein-kinin system in development of a wound process in dogs and acattle. Diagnostic method of hemostasiological researches of wound bioptates is introduced into a veterinary surgery. It is offered: hemostasiological and ultrasonografic method of diagnosis of development of wound process in dogs and cattle; wound cytological quotients; for treatment of wounds in dogs to apply ointments on hydrophilous basis "Laevosin" and "Miramistin", in cattle – " Laevosin ". It is introduced: obtained results are introduced into educational process and are used in scientific research, at lectures, carrying out of laboratory training on veterinary medicine (Bila Tserkva State Agrarian University, Poltava State Agrarian Academy, National Agrarian University, Odessa State Agrarian University, Lviv National Veterinary Medicine Academy by the name of Gzhitskiy).
