The dissertation deals with carrying out the initial screening of antioxidant activity among 47 new 4-hydrazinoquinazoline derivatives and its condensed analogues and studying their cerebroprotective ac-tion in conditions of the experimental cerebral ischemia.Screening research of these substances has allowed to study the interrelation "structure-action" and has shown, that the level of antioxidant activity depends on the nature of the substitute introduced into the quinazolines or 1,2,4-triazolo[5,1-c] quinazolines cycle, and, in addition, on the lipophilia of the compounds synthesized.NN-103 by some indices as the renewal of neurological and cognitive deficit surpasses thiotria-zolinum and pyracetamum, and it also surpasses emoxipinum on saving the memory track in conditional reaction of passive avoidance.
