Korolyuk S. The Development of General Educational Institutions Leader's Managerial Skills in the Process of Further Advancement.

The Dissertation is devoted to the problem solving of the development of GEI Leader's managerial culture in the process of advancement at refresher courses at the Institute of Advancement.The structure and the content of GEI Leader's managerial skills are defined: the main structural components (cognitive-operational, personal, motivation-valuable), types (political, legal, administrative, managerial, practical, socio-physical), informative, communicative, economic), levels of formation (advanced, intermediate, pre-intermediate). The model of GEI Leader's managerial culture development in the process of further advancement was worker out: and the main components were pointed out: conceptual, profound, technological, diagnostic-correctional. The methodology of carrying out of the experiment was shown, its content and conditions are concretized, the results of the investigations are analyzed, the methodological recommendations concerning the model usage being worked out in the Institute of Advancement was enunciated.
