The object is process of humanization of education in Japan in the context of world humanistic educational movement; the aim is to determine using systemic approach theoretical bases of the process of humanization of education in Japan and to find its pedagogical peculiarities; the new approach lies in determining, clarifying and systematizing of theoretical bases of world humanistic educational process and process of humanization of education in Japan; the main results include author’s Psychological and Pedagogical Programme of Development of Children’s Communicative and Organizational Abilities in the Kindergarten “Let’s Work Together”; the results of this thesis received approbation in three pre-school educational institutions; the field is Theory and History of Pedagogics
