Badinov A. Clinic-experimental foundation of efficiency and safety of acelisin with tiotriasolin combined application in endotoxic syndrome of various genesis.

Dissertation is dedicated to clinic-experimental foundation of practicability of acelisin and tiotriasolin combined application in endotoxic syndrome of various genesis. It was established that acelisin combined with tiotriasolin allows to restore main clinic-biochemical сonstante of organism homeostasis, to decrease toxic metabolites injuring action on the cell membrane and to brake "vicious circle" of endotoxic syndrome rather quickly. At the base of combined drugs' protective efficiency their ability to prevent the formation of extended membrane pathology lies. This property is caused by regulation of prooxidant-antioxidant homeostasis as a result of expressed antioxidant action with antiradical properties, decrease of damage pain effect, normalization of hemodynamics at the microcirculation level and improvement of blood reological properties.
