Essay

The dissertation is devoted to find out the most active substance in line of benzothyazole derivatives and fundamental study of their neuroprotective property in conditions of experimental cerebral ischemia. Amdifluzol - most perspective substance have a cerebroprotective property, that realizes in fall of rats death at preventive treatment per os 14 mg/kg, have a anticorazole action, antihypoxic and antitoxic property, relief of neurodegenerative processes, reduction of necrotic zone in brain, remove of neurologic deficit of animals (on 2,5-5 mark), relief of infringement of CNS functional state, inhibition of excessive activation of free-radical oxidation processes and restoring of energetic exchange index. The neurophysiological research showed that amdifluzol blocked up the conducting of excitation to interneurons of spinal cord at 70%, decreased the reflex excitation of motoneurons in monosynaptic reflex arch.
