Yagodnikova V. Forming of leading qualities of senior pupils in a personal oriented bringing up process of a secondary school

In dissertation pedagogical conditions, promoting formation of leader's qualities, of senior pupils were identified for the first time, the technology of forming leader's qualities is scientifically stipulated and experimentally checked in a personal-oriented bringing up process of a secondary school; components, their signs and levels of forming of leader's qualities of senior pupils have been identified, the meaning of "leader" and "leadership" has been reveaked more precisely. The methods of diagnosis of senior pupils leader's qualities formation has been developed; interconnection between revealed components (motivated, emotionally - willed, personal and business) of leader's qualities has been done; the programme of pupils' bringing up " I'm - an Ukrainian", a new model of pupils' self-government of School Pupil Republic, the programme of leader's school "I can, аm able, act", and also practical recommendations on forming the leader's qualities of senior pupils for social-pedagogical workers ofschool educational level have been developed and tested
