Grechko T. The mechanism of maintenance effective activity of the civil servants

A research object is processes of management activity of civil servants.A research purpose is the development of mechanism of providing efficiency of civil servants activity, which allows to a ttain the high level of emergency of government service as a system. Research methods: structurally-functional designs, system-analytical, structurally-functional, analogy, analysis. Practical meaningfulness of the received results consists of development of professiogram of civil servant for three levels of hierarchy with psychogram, developments of method of structural calculation, destructive and neutral potentials of civil servant influencing on government service. Scientific novelty of the received results: principles of providing integrity of government service are first offered in objective and subjective aspects; the model of K-D-N - methodological basis of mechanism of providing efficiency of civil servants activity is developed; the method of estimation of descriptions of influencing civil servant is offered on the level of emergency of government service. Determination of efficiency of government service; professiogram of civil servant; methods of set, selection and placing of staff in government service is improved. The approach to the analysis of properties of emergency of frames of society from point of principles of quantum mechanics and quantum psychology of Wilson R.A. got further development.
