Essay

The dissertation is devoted to working out theoretic - methodological and methodic basis of evaluation of the efficiency of the use of labour force and mechanism of management in rising the labour efficiency in food processing industry of Ukraine. To achieve the final aim of investigation, the system of indicators and criteria is used which reflects different sides of the use of labour: social - economic, material - technical, organizational - economical. Models of calculation of the efficiency of the use of labour force on micro-, mezo-, and macro levels are suggested (tested for adequacy). There were found structural - dynamic changes in the use of labour force which allowed to state the algorhythm of prediction of the development of food processing industry of Ukraine on the basis of effective employment. In the dissertation it is proved that the basis of the conception of mechanism of management of rising the efficiency of the use of labour force is the strategy and tactics of the developmentunder the conditions of market competition and the main direction of its improvement is the development of socio-labour relations on the principles of partner-ship, rise of quality of human value, labour motivation and implementation of innovations.
