Glevatsca N. Labour force Competitiveness in a region: the methodology and directions of providing

The dissertation is devoted to deepening of theoretical-methodological bases of studying the process of forming the competitive labour force and developing the practical recommendations directed to providing the growth of its level. The author has determinations the notions "competitive collective"; “the labour force competitiveness status at an enterprise (in a country a region)”; “the competitive labour force of a status of region” and has given the notion "the labour force competitiveness”. It has been improved the component structure of the competitive labour force and the classification of the providing factors of the labour force competitiveness. The methodical approaches for determining the level of the labour force competitiveness have got the further development. The complex estimation of the factors that affect the process of forming the labour force competitiveness on the mezo- and micro levels of economy has been done. The labour force competitiveness has been grounded. The system of the management of labour force competitiveness in a region has been developed.
