Schukin S. Working out of methods modeling an experimental pharmacokinetics of prodrugs (peptydoamidobenzophenone and cynazepam) and drugs - derivatives of 1,4-benzodiazepine

The dissertation is devoted to a substantiation of novel approaches to comparative modeling and development the methods of analysis of pharmacokinetics processes of prodrugs (PABF and cynazepam) and drugs, their active metabolites (compound I and 3-oxyphenazepam) with various type of a biotransformation in organism of the experimental animal. It may be successfully employed to analyze biokinetics of investigated drugs and prodrugs. It is shown, that the relation of squares of medial residence time (MRT2) to a dispersion of residence time (VAR) the investigated substances in blood and all tissues to aspire to unit that is characteristic properties of the kinetics of mass transfer of a xenobiotics through structures of biosystem. It have been investigated the processes and estimated parameters of a kinetics excretions with urine and feces of mice 14С-cynazepam after various schemes of single and multiple administration an animal 14С-prodrug ware estimated. It is shown, that kinetics excretion of 14С-cinazepam from organism of mice after various schemes of it's administration can be described by linear kinetic schemes.
