Object - pathological processes which arise up in an organism at the experimental unmaturing of pregnancy; methods - pharmacological, biochemical and statistical; novelty - first theory grounded and experimentally proved expedience of application of vinboron as tokolytic facilities at unmaturing and premature families; first in vitro on the isolated preparations of segments of horn of uterus of rats at vinboron found out dose are dependent uterolytic activity, that showed up the decline of both frequency and amlytudy reductions of muscle fibre, it is set that vinboron shows a tokolityc effect both at normal pregnancy and in the conditions of model recreation of premature families at rats by oxytocin and estradiol; vinboron promotes spontaneous research activity of animals, accelerate making at them of pavlovian reflex of avoidance and is instrumental in his saving; vinboron promotes physical endurance of rats, positively influences on their studies motive, reference activity and bearableness of the extreme states; it is first set that the mechanism of uterolytic action of vinboron is related to anthogonysm to oxytocin and braking of stimulant phase activity to myometrium, as a result of increase of products of NO in endometrium and activating of NO-dependent mechanisms of relaxation of smooth muscles and improvement of microcirculation; results is conducting of clinical researches of efficiency of vinboron at unmaturing and premature delivery at expectant mothers, and also at women pregnancy of which is complicated by extragenital pathology; sphere - medicine.
