Pharmacological study of medicine on honey bee venom base "Apiven" in tablet form for external usage, possessed with anticlotting and antiinflammatory activity, was conducted.It was determined that in a doze 0,3 mg/ml (ЕD50) "Apiven" tablets demonstrate effective anticlotting, antiinflammatory, antioxidant and vessel-strengthening activity exceeding the reference medicine - heparin ointment. Studying "Apiven" tablets effect on blood clotting system by coagulography method it was proved that "Apiven" influences Ist and IInd blood clotting stages. Studying Ist blood clotting stages mechanisms it was shown, that "Apiven" reduces platelets aggregation abilities, effects Іst hemocoagulation phase by prothrombinase production inhibiting both with external and internal mechanisms
