Essay

The object of the given research is public servants' activity, in particularly, the system of relationships of different levels in the process of administrative activity. The goal of the research is to prove scientifically and theoretically and to make a conceptual analysis of the essence and peculiarities of the process of conflicts management in public servants' professional activity, to give determination of facts, means and ways of efficiency rising of the given process and to develop, on their base, practical recommendations as for public servants' training and in-service training on the issues of effective conflicts management. The methods of the research are the following: searching, systematic and structural; interdisciplinary analysis; watching; analysis and compare; modeling. The scientific novelty of the gained results is: the complex research of the conflicts management in public servants' activity has been done; a model-algorithm of efficient conflicts management in public servants' professional activity has been developed; knowledge of conflicts management methodology has been considered; psychological and methodical peculiarities of the process of public servants' training for conflicts management has been analyzed; the system of conflicts consideration in public servants' activity and, also, methods of public servants' training to conflicts management have been improved; the system of analysis of conflicts' phenomena in the sphere of public servants' administrative activity, methods of constructive solving conflicts while doing professional functions have gained their further development.
