Essay

The dissertation paper is devoted to finding out the most active compounds among norbornen derivatives and deep research of analgetic and anti-inflammatory properties in the conditions of experimental pathology, exactly "adjvant" arthritis. The compounds S-45, S-58 and S-63 (the most active ones) show a sufficient antinocyceptive effect in comparison with new analgesics and classic NSADs and NNA. The established features of a component of inhibiting action on the level of cyclooxygenase of new analgetics and norbornen derivatives in comparison with the classic NSADs is a basis for further developing of the rational therapy of painful and inflammatory syndromes and providing of adeguate choice among the represented materials taking into consideration their therapeutic and toxic effects.
