Object of investigation - pathogenesis and course of wound process of cattle. The goat of investigation: clinical-experimental ground of separate links of cattle wound process pathogenesis in the Polissya ecological conditions, the definition a treatment efficacy of incorregent polarized light, xylonest and tissue therapy on that foundation. The investigation method - clinical; morphological compositions of blood (erythrocytes, leucocytes), biochemical (hemoglobin, general protein, reserve alkalinity, nonorganic phosphorus, general calcium); immunological (bactericid and lysocym activity of blood serum); planimetrical, histological (histostructure of tissues of wound wall); hisrochemical; radiological; the methods of statistic analyse. The scientific novelty: for the first time is studied the penetrability of skin, peculiarities of course of the wound process, changes of cytological and biochemical blood composition and indexes of nonspecific resistency of cattle in ecological improper conditions of Polissya. It determined that ionizing of castration aseptic wounds by incorregent polarized light one time in day three days successively secured the course of wound process without complications by all animals and healing of wounds during 7 days, infectious wounds - during 12 days, and blockade of scrotum by 1% solution of xylonest - during 7 and 15 days accordingly. Suggested: the new methods and manners for stimulation of healing of wound by cattle; Inculcated: obtained results are using in scientific-research and practical work, in lecture courses in State Agroecological University, Zhytomir, Dnipropetrovsk State Agrarian University, National Agrarian University, Poltava State Agrarian Academy.
