Onats O. Management of development of a young teacher professional competence at compulsory school.

Dissertation is dedicated to the problem compulsory school. A complete analysis of a stage of elaborating the problem in psychological pedagogical, sociological, methodical literature and practice has been made. Contents of the core and components of the definition "a young teacher professional competence", author's definition of the term development of a young teacher professional competence", " management of development of a young teacher professional competence" are given. Textual norm model of a young teacher professional competence, structural model of development of a young teacher professional competence and mechanism of managing accompaniment of development are worked out. Innovative forms and methods of scientific-methodical work are enlighted. The Web-site to help young teachers through Ukraine was worked out. Main results of work were put into practice system in compulsory schools in Ukraine in Educational Board and regional method's centre, in Postgraduate Education Institute, Regional Management of Education and Science, City Governing and Scientific-Methodical Centre, Ukrainen School Heads Association.
