The dissertation deals with analysis of distinctive features of formation of psychological readiness in educational organization employees to work in a competitive management team. The work includes theoretical substantiation, methodical foundations, research findings as well as practical aspects of intervention. The author gives in-depth analyses to contents and structure of educational organization employees' readiness to work in competitive management teams. Educational organization employees' readiness to work in competitive management teams is a stable set of motives, knowledge, skills, and individual attributes necessary for effective team work. The structure of educational organization employees' readiness to work in competitive management teams includes cognitive, motivational, operational, and personality components. The research found low level of development of the components of educational organization employees' readiness to work in competitive management teams. Employees' competitiveness-relevant attributes were found to correlate with their orientation toward team work and key team roles. A detailed analysis is given to organizational, professional, and socio-demographic factors that affect educational organization employees' readiness to work in competitive management teams.
