Object - quality of professional education in technical university. The aim - development practical and theoretical bases of e-learning quality assurance in technical university. Methods - theoretical. Novelty - for the first time in a pedagogical science created complex model e-learning quality assurance in technical university with process approach to create e-learning courses; proposed to use in education methods of newest management theories: learning organization and capability maturity level of organization process; developed quality assurance methods classification; further development was received quality assurance methodology in higher education: 1) terminology was formulated; 2) proposed authors interpretations for terms "quality of education", "quality of higher education", "quality of e-learning"; 3) quality characteristics was analyzed; 4) four quality attributes analyzed: resultness, optimality, effectiveness, ethicalness; 5) systemized and analyzed quality assurance practices in highereducation: quality evaluation, quality control, quality management, quality assurance; 6) analyzed five maturity levels of quality system, methods of quality improvement; 7) developed practical recommendations for e-learning courses creating with assured quality level. Results - are accepted to production in learning process of National technical university of Ukraine, Inter-regional Academy of personnel management.
