Essay

The project communications management processes. Theoretical and practical aspects of the project communications mechanism improvement. The methods of research: information theory, system, process, complex approaches, labor rate setting, mathematical simulating. Scientific results: theoretical approaches, models for effective information interactions in projects. Applied results: the instruments for the project communications mechanism improvement in the form of project documentation and project document quality assessment methodics. Scientific newness: The project communications rules and factors have been integrated on the base of the created structural and complex project communications models. It has been revealed interinfluence between project communications factors, rules of project members infointeraction, the project document role in effective project communications results. The integrative mechanism of project communications has been shaped, directed to provide resultive and effective projectcommunications. The approach to asses the effectiveness for the receiver in project communications has been proposed. The range of the project document quality has been grounded, their asses criterions have been defined. Introduction: developed methodics, software for the project documentation formalizing were applied in projects, and also introduced in the East-Ukrainian national university named by V. Dal. As the result of applying the project communications resultiveness and effectiveness have been increased; the project members’ psychological strain in project communications has been reduced.
