Essay

. The object of study – maize grain in different regions of Ukraine. Methods of study – micologyc, micotoxic and mathematic –statistical. The science novelty – there were established the quantitative content of microbial of maiz grain in different regions of Ukraine, ability of fungus of Fusarium species to produse fusariotoxins (N-2, F-2 and moniliformin) and toxicness of some fungus of Aspergillus. For the first time there was investigated the ability of the fungus F.sambucinum to produce T-2 toxin and there was studied the influence of environment (the kind of substrate, temperature, humidity, time of cultivation) on toxic biosynthesis. There was developed the express-method of determination of the ability to produce T-2 toxin by Fusarium species there was obtained the declarative patent 4794 C121|100 (the method of express determination of ability of fungus of Fusarium species to produce T-2 toxin). Proposed: methodic of express-method of determination of ability of fungus of Fusarium speciesto produce T-2 toxin. Introduced: the method of express determination of ability of fungus of Fusarium species to produce T-2 toxin offered for application in public diagnostic institutions of veterinary medicine, laboratories of researches of scientific establishments of types and in an educational process on the faculties of veterinary medicine of agrarian institutes of higher.
