Milostivyy R. 3. Sanitary-hygienic peculiarities of adaptation of the imported Holstein cattle of different origin under the conditions of the steppe area of Ukraine

Object - the state of natural resistance and productive qualities of the imported cows of Hotshot breed of different ecogenetical origin (left from Denmark, Germany and Hungary) and physiology status from birth to six months. Aim - to study the features of adaptation of the imported Hotshot breed of cattle of different ecogenetical origin (Denmark, Germany, Hungary) to the ecologo-economic terms of steppe area of Ukraine on physiological status, morbidity, suckling productivity and reproductive ability. Methods - zoogigienical, clinical, physiological, morpho-biochemical, immunological, zootechnical, statistical. Novelty - first on the basis of the conducted complex researches of cows of the imported Hotshot breed of different ecogenetical origin (Denmark, Germany, Hungary) in a comparative aspect the features of adaptations are set after physiological status (morpho-biochemical and immunological indexes of blood), productivity (by a milk yield and maintenance in him of fat and albumen), reproductive ability (by the display of hunt, impregnated, duration of service-period), presence of pathologies and stability to the diseases in the ecologo-economic terms of steppe area of Ukraine. A insidebreed ambiguousness is exposed in relation to influence of sultry terms of weathers on the clinico-physiological state of cows depending on their origin. Thus the adaptation unequivalentness of the issue (on the morpho-biochemical and immunological indexes of blood, pulmonary breathing and gas-energetic exchange, character of growth) is also proved in an age aspect and after the seasons of birth.
