Malinina I. The preparation of pedagogical personnel in Kharkiv and Kiev schools of Arts Ukraine (the second half of the XIX th century – the beginning of the XX th century).

Object - process of pedagogical specialists training at art schools in Ukraine; Purpose – to systematize theoretical ideas and to summarize practical training of art-and- pedagogical specialists in Kharkiv and Kyiv art schools of Ukraine for under study period of time, to outline prospects of achievements introduction in modern conditions; Methods – historical-and- pedagogical, theoretical and system-and-structural methods, problem-and-aimed and comparative methods for analysis of archive and historical documents; Novelty – complete analysis of the theory and practice of pedagogical specialists training in Kharkiv and Kyiv art schools in Ukraine at the end of 19 th – beginning of the 20th century is conducted in historical and pedagogical aspect;Results – main scientific-and-methodical developments, regulations and conclusions are used at the development of the school-book “Fine arts” and students book “Fine arts in the world of fairy tales” for teachers and first form pupils of general not specializedschools, recommended by the Ministry of Science and Education in Ukraine, and also in methodical developments of the lessons “Fine arts” for teachers of the first forms and in guidance “Easter souvenir. Ukrainian pysanka”. Also materials of investigation were tested at teaching and methodical process in Kharkiv Humanitarian University “Public Ukrainian Academy”, and in Kharkiv general not specialized school 1-3 level №83.
