Essay

The thesis is devoted to pharmacological study of new ointment on heparin and methyluracil base under conditional name "Tropheparine" for treatment of both thrombophlebitus and wounded process. It was proved the anticlotting, antiexsudative, antibacterial activities of "Tropheparine" ointment. Wound-healing, repair and antiburn activities of "Tropheparine" ointment was proved using planar, linear cut and burn wounds models. "Tropheparine" ointment was shown to decreased inflammatory events in venous wall and prevented thrombus formation in experimental thrombophlebitus model. The ointment "Tropheparine" doesn't have effect on functional organs and systems states, doesn't exhibit allergic and local irritation activity under long usage.
