Essay

The thesis is about experimental comparison of pharmacological effect and safety of modern and perspective drugs with anti-inflammatory effects indomethacin, diclofenac, pyroxicam, meloxicam, celecoxib, amison, recsod, quercetin. It was established, that non-selective NSAIDs (diclofenac, indomethacin, pyroxicam) are the most effective as antiexudative, analgesic and antipyretic agents. Amison is more effective (as analgesic) than NSAIDs and antioxidants in case of somatic pain. In this thesis there is the investogation of principles NSAIDs side effects correction. It was proved, that the usage of NSAIDs (diclofenac, indomethacin) in combination with antioxidants (recsod, quercetin) improves and prolongs antiexudative effect of these NSAIDs and decreases their ulcerogenic effect. Thus, antioxidants and amison are less effective than NSAIDs, but they are safer than NSAIDs. That is uhy it is rational to combine NSAIDs and antioxidants or amison for inflammation treatment increasing its effectivness.
