The therapeutic efficiency of fepolen at dosage 100 mg/kg on different prostatitis models that was appeared in renovation prostate structure and function was investigated and proved. The stimulation of spermatogenesis by fepolen on healthy rats was established. Anti-inflammatory action of fepolen mainly due to influence on lipooxygenase then on cyclooxygenase was established. The high analgesic action of fepolen that was higher then peponen’s and trianol’s action in 2,4 and 4,0 times correspondently was observed. Membranoprotective properties of fepolen were higher then action of peponen’s and trianol’s action in 1,8 and 4,5 times correspondently. The safety of fepolen use during acute and chronic experiment was shown. In conditions of chronic lives injury fepolen at dosage 25 mg/kg appeared to have higher effect then one revealed by silibor at dosage 30 mg/kg that proved by decreasing necrotic process and fat accumulation in hepatic tissue. It can be speculated that hepatoprotective action of fepolenis based not only on its antioxidant properties but also on established fepolen's ability to decrease concentration of the cholesterol and lipids in conditions of long use.
