Essay

The dissertation is devoted to an experimental research of age properties of the pharmacokinetics of lamotrigine and topiramate - antiepileptic drugs (AEDs) of new generation. The high-performance liquid chromatography method (HPLC) was used for determination of investigational AEDs in blood and head brain. On the basis of the pharmacokinetic parameters established in our research the experimental substantiation of optimization for lamotrigine and topiramate application depending on age have been carried out.
