Essay

In the dissertation the formation and development of the theory and practice of public preschool education in Transcarpathia for a period under study has been investigated, the genesis of its matter and forms has been revealed, the factors for functioning infant schools and establishing institutions for training teachers have been described. Based on the sources studied the activity of public organizations, namely the State union of educators as to the establishing of the network of different-type kindergartens has been analysed, the prospects of creative borrowing of achievements of author's programs under modern conditions of reforming the educational branch in Ukraine have been outlined.
