Filipova T. Professional mentality of public servants in Ukraine: technology of formation

The object of the investigation is the process of the public servants' professional mentality forming. The objective is to give scientific and technical explanation of ethnosociopsycholinguistic conditions and to develop personality-directed technology of the public servants' professional mentality forming. The methods of the investigation are the following: systematic approach, historical and logical methods; methods of social and psycho-pedagogical diagnostics, structural and functional analysis. The scientific novelty of the gained outcomes is in the following: the content characteristics and the structure of the phenomenon of "the public servants' professional mentality" are defined; ethnosociopsycholinguistic conditions of the public servants' professional mentality forming are proved; personality-directed technology of the public servants' professional mentality forming technology is developed. The professional model of the public servant in the context of four types of competence is improved.Methods of professional training of public servants have gained the further development. Practical meaning is confirmed by the statements of implementation.
