Essay

The dissertation is devoted to studying of influence of complex therapy with metoprolol and thiotriasoline or mebicar on clinical course, haemodynamic parameters, lipids of blood, manifestation of psychical depression and life quality of the patients with ischemic heart disease (stable angina pectoris II - III functional class). For the first time, in clinical conditions there was shown greater clinical efficacy of metoprolol with thiоtriasoline and metoprolol with mebicar versus metoprolol. Comparative analysis of pharmacotherapy with metoprolol and thiotriasoline versus metoprolol and mebicar was performed for the first time.
