Mastepan S. The diagnostics and prediction of the vehicle residual life with determined calculation methods

Object of research: process of change of functionability and reliability ТМ in different road and transport conditions of exploitation. The purpose of research: the advancing of a technique of the determined calculations for the transport machine, which one works in the different operation conditions and obtaining of the reliable information concerning change of his functionability, availability index of product and value of residual resource. Method of testings and instrumentation: the analytical investigations based on methods of systems analysis, mathematical modelling and philosophys of engineering; the experimental researches are executed with usage of electrical measurements of mechanical values and estimations of influencing of the different operational factors on operational modes and physical resource ТМ. Idealized and practical outcomes novelty: for the first time on the basis of power principle the intercoupling between physical resource, propellant consumption, changes efficiency and dynamic properties ТМ is detected, that has allowed to elaborate a new technique of diagnosing and forecasting of engines. The count мощностного of the factor and his influencing on physical resource ТМ has allowed to improve classification of transport conditions, technique of calculation of propellant consumption. A degree of an intrusion: the outcomes of the conducted researches are inserted in " Styrol car-care center ", on Gorlovka of station of diagnosing , in educational processes KNHEU and DNTU.
