Stolyarchuk T. Problems of Organization of Pedagogical Work of the Teacher at Public Schools (the second half of XIX – the beginning of XX century)

The dissertation is devoted to the historical and pedagogical analysis of problems of organisaton of teachers pedagogical work at public schools. A retrospective analysis of social, political and pedagogical conditions of organization of teachers work at public schools has been made, the state policy in the sphere of elementary public education in Ukraine, the social-legal status of teachers, the staff policy, organization of the public schools governing, teaching methodology support, organization of self-education and qualification improvement have been analyzed in work. The main results of the research can be used in practical activities of teachers and students, in system of professional retraining of teachers, for preparing lectures and conducting seminars on the history of pedagogy in pedagogical institutions of III-IV accreditation levels, for writing scientific research work, textbooks, methodological recommendations for education administrations and educational institutions.
