Thesis under consideration presents a new approach in sociolinguistic ethnic research: correlation dependence between the facts of speech and ethnic evolution is created by studies (synchronic and diachronic) of phonetic variations of the language in its direct contact with the systems of other languages. In the thesis there were defined regularities and limits of evolution variations of phonemes in the French Language which are being influenced by segment elements of the German Language in sociopsycical area. The theoretic value of the dissertation consists in the attempt to define the problem of phonetic variations in the French language and speech, and it adds to the theory of language changes in linguistics. Complex phonetic analysis of the speech of ethnic French-German bilinguals was undertaken. On the basis of the introduced complex methods of phonetic variations research in the natural bilinguals environment there were defined stable sound realizations formed under the influence of German onesin the speech of ethnic French-German bilinguals. The results of the undertaken research give light on the ways of development of French phonetics in the pre-historic period.
