Pohribna N. Pedagogical Foundations of Innovative Management

Thesis for in Pedagogic by speciality 13.00.01. - General Pedagogic and the History of Pedagogic - the Central Institute of Postgraduate Educational Studies of Academy of Science of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2006. The thesis research is devoted to the theoretical investigation of innovative educational process management. The main principles of innovative educational management, its substance, goals and tasks have been elaborated and presented in the three-level model. The levels are: conceptual, substantial, technological. The thesis gives the technology and mechanism of management in establishing the pedagogical innovation and suggests the model of innovative management which is based on the principles of a person-centered approach which provides the development of the educational process and its participants. As a result the educational establishment becomes innovative and competitive. Methodical recommendations for the use of the model of innovative educational management by principles have been suggested.
