Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of formation of an individual as a future artist-master, a teacher in decorative and applied art by means of painting at the higher school of culture and arts. Theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological literature has been carried out, main contents, stages, organizing and methodical forms of the formation process of the individual's qualities as an artist-master by means of painting have been characterized. While investigating the model of variant programmer of teaching course "Painting. Decorative painting" has been elaborated and experimentally tested and improved at the higher school of culture and arts. Authenticity and scientific significance of research results have been proved for further using in teaching process of fine arts, especially in upbringing art values and orientation.
