Kachmar O. Pedagogical heritage and public-educative activity of Omelyan Partytsky

The dissertation contains the first complex analysis of scientific-pedagogical and public-educative activity of Galician pedagogue, historian, publisher, educative figure O.Partytsky in the context of cultural development of Halychyna in the end of the XIXht century. The content of Partytsky's pedagogical activity has been analysed, the main directions of his activity have been distinguished, the publishing and publistic work of the scientist and his contribution in preparation and publication of school textbooks have been characterized, the little known facts of pedagogue's life and activity have been exposed. Epistolary heritage of the scientist has been also analysed. In his scientific creation there are deserved on creative usage in modern reality. The problems of family working, religious, moral-ethical and aesthetic upbringing of young generation, the influence of surroundings on forming of the mastering and introduction of Europian pedagogical experience in Halychyna have been depicted in numerous pedagogue's articles.
