Essay

The problem of estimate of operation activity of chiefs of general educational establishments by the local management of education on the state public grounds at different kinds of attestation has been investigated in the thesis. On the basis of analysis of scientific-pedagogical literature and standard documents of the system of education of Ukraine, learning of the experience scientific workers and personal practical experience it was worked out the system of estimate of operation activity of chiefs of general educational establishments on the state public grounds at different kinds of attestation (pretendent, personal, qualification); it is determined the structure of context of estimate using the main trends of their operation activity (strategical management, control of educational process, management of staff, financial management, home and foreign communication) and personal qualities; it is proposed the levels of operation activity (standard-reproductive, transformative, technological, creative-innovation) and corresponding qualified ("chief", "chief of the first category", "chief of higher category", "chief-instructor" and it was made the informative resource complex for preparation and carrying out the estimation.
