Musienko Y. Diagnostics, prognostication and prophylaxis of pathological parturition of sows

The dissertation is devoted to the determination of a prevalence and researching the reasons of a parturition pathology of different age groups sows depending on a season of a year. It is set, that the principal reasons of pathological parturition are the appearing of stillborn piglets in the nest, new-bornners with asphyxia, delay of an afterbirth, underdevelopment and over development of garden-stuffs, weak or excessive fights and spasms.It's defined the change of basic biochemical indexes in the blood of pregnant sows during the pre-natal period, taking into consideration their age and the influence of biologically active things on them. The results of researches allowed us to recommend the complex injection of preparations of PDE and oestrophan for prophylaxis of a parturition pathology which thanks to the synchronizing and stimulant effect assist the better preparation of sows to parturition and promote productivity indexes. The dynamic of hemokoagulation and fibrinolisis blood plasma potential before parturition of the clinically healthy sows and sows with the pathological flow of parent process taking into consideration their age is studied. The influence of PDE and oestrophan on the system of the hemostasis is shown. On their base a new method of a parturition pathology prognostication was offered and explained of the same time. It was also confirmed the influence of PDE on the hemostasis system of sows.
