In dissertation research scientifically determined and approved model of professional technical educational establishment administrative culture development, certainly technology of its implementation. Theoretically determined the efficient, organizational, forecasting components of the qualimetric submodel which carries out the role of tool and has an inferior function the general model of administrative culture development. Upgrading preparation of competitive graduating students is well-proven, development of orientation on having a special purpose conduct of pedagogical workers administration and development of the proper administrative culture in professional technician educational establishment by introduction of the developed model. For the model implementation special technology and proper scientific-methodological recommendations elaborated and proposed. The results of dissertation research implemented in administrative activities of Sevastopol Center of Professional Technical Education and Science, scientific-methodological centers of professional technical education of Dnipropetrovs'k, Zaporizhzhya, Lugansk, Thernopile, Cherkassy regions and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
