Essay

There were examined patients with dissemine form of mycoses before a treatment and after three courses of "puls-therapy" by itraconazole or by itraconazole in a combination with anti-inflammatory (indometacin or diclofenac) and/or anti-aggregative (ticlopidin) drugs. It was found that decreasing of relative quantity of the factor of von Willebrand in a plasma of blood and a breaking of adhesion-aggregative function of platelets occurs accordingly to decreasing of witticism of inflammatory, fagocytic activity of polymorphic nuclear leucocytes and increasing of macrofagal and specific cells mechanisms. It was accompanied by autointoxication. Treatment measures that was studied promotes to normalization of platelets, leucocytes and endotheliocytes functions. The best of a treatment was "puls-therapy" by itraconazole, diclofenac and ticlopidin.
