Stetсyuk N. Development process of management by the personnel (for example of custom service of Ukraine)

The object is the public relations arising within the process of Ukraine custom organs state administration. The objective is a scientific justification of theoretical approaches to the process of personnel management and its development on the example of custom service of Ukraine. The methods are theoretical, general scientific, dialectical, system, logical-semantic, historical, formal logical, logically normative, statistical. The newness is that the author conception of development of process of personnel management of custom service, which can be applied in practical activity of Government custom service of Ukraine and in subsequent scientific investigations, is developed. The results are that the complex research of the process of personnel management of custom service of Ukraine development is carried out; determination of category " the personnel management of custom service" is formulated as a purposeful process of correlated actions and active influencing of leaders on the personnel of customorgans with the purpose of providing of timely and high-quality implementation by the public servants of basic tasks, requirements of legislation on the questions of custom service and also satisfaction of quantitative and quality necessities of personnel.
