Essay

Object of investigation - immunoreactivity in pigs obtained from unvaccinated and vaccinated with Salmonella antigens on 10, 20, 30-day. The goat of investigation: goal of investigation - to study age dependent immunoreactivity of pigs, while Salmonella antigen is administered orally. The investigation method - clinical; hematological (determination the quantity of leucocytes, leucogramma), radiological, bacteriological (obtaining Salmonella from fecus), histological, immunological (T-, B-limfocytes, IML, OFR, RNGA), statistical. The scientific novelty: the scientific novelty - for the first time in Ukraine there was studies the distribution of Salmonella antigen in the organism where used orally. It gives theoretical and experiments grounds for possibility to use this method of immunization. It was established that when used orally the basic place Salmonella antigen localization becomes the tissue of small and thick intestine, and mesenteries lymphatic nods. These cause the increase of lymphatic nodules and reactive centers. These was studied the indexes of cell and humorall immunity in pigs, immunized orally and parenteral with Salmonella antigen. Salmonella antigen administered orally facilitate the increase of antibody titters in blood serum and cohrofiltrats. These facilitate the increase of preventive properties and pigs defense while experimentally infected. Suggested: 1. to prevent Salmonella infection on infected farms it is recommended oral immunization of pigs with inactivated Salmonella antigen of the shtam Salm. choleraesuis. First immunization starts at 20-30 day of age have to be done orally with milk, 3 times, 14 days intervals with of 40 ml 10 bill. m.c.; 2. to diagnose the Salmonella there have to be used "Methodical recommendation as to bacteriological methods of Salmonella investigation" (for bacteriologists of veterinary medicine students. - Bila Tserkva, 2006) approved SMC State Departament of Ukraine (protocol №3, December 20, 2006). Inculcated: obtained results are using in scientific-research and practical work, Bila Tserkva Agrarian University, Lviv nationals Academy veterinary medicine. By materials of investigation are developed the methodical references "Methodical recommendation as to bacteriological methods of Salmonella investigation" (for bacteriologists of veterinary medicine students. - Bila Tserkva, 2006) approved SMC State Departament of Ukraine. Using area: veterinary medicine.
